bool Equal::operator() (  const EventTypeSpec &  lhs, const EventTypeSpec &  rhs )  const

operator () called when we need to compare the passed in EventTypeSpecs for equality. Exceptions: none  Returns: bool const Returns true if lhs spec is equal to in rhs spec.
